Request Access for a Website (includes MySQL database account)

To get a website folder (and included MySQL database account) for a student organization follow the steps below:

  1. Be sure that your organization has one of the following designations:
    • Contracted Independent Organization status (Most student organizations are in this category.)
    • Fraternal Organization status (Fraternities and Sororities)
    • Special Status/Agency Organization (School Councils, Class Trustees, and the Honor Committee are just a few examples.)

  2. The organization's Primary Contact should log in to @UVA and fill out the Student Council Server (SCS) Request Form.


  3. On this page, the Primary Contact must choose a folder name.


  4. Once the information is submitted, wait for the response via e-mail that the account has been created.
